Wel­come to the twin town Guben-Gubin on the Neisse river

Guben is located in the east of Ger­many, directly on the Neisse river and as a twin town to Gubin it forms the bridge to the neigh­bour­ing coun­try Poland. The guest can dis­cover two coun­tries in one town in Guben and Gubin. The Neisse river in the mid­dle of the twin town is the con­nect­ing ele­ment.

The region of Guben has a well-devel­oped net­work of bicy­cle paths. Dif­fer­ent adven­ture areas along the paths make every tour a spe­cial expe­ri­ence. Many nat­ural lakes in the munic­i­pal­ity of Schenk­endöbern invite you to go swim­ming or fish­ing.
